5 SIGNS THAT INDICATE THAT YOUR LIFE IS IN A RUT

Everyone has a comfort zone, and leaving the comfort zone can be a very scary idea. However, people who choose to push themselves out of their comfort zone to take risks are often rewarded.

Check out 5 signs that show your life is stuck in a rut.

Your life has become stagnant. Your day-to-day life has been the same for a long time now, and there is no sign of growth or change on the horizon. You do not actively dislike your life, but you have become bored by it.

You can’t remember when you last tried something new. You are not sure when you last felt challenged. You also no longer seek out challenges, and instead choose to relax and watch the days go by.

You automatically say β€œno” to anything that is inconvenient, time-consuming or new.

You are not as happy as you used to be. Your life is effectively going fine; you have a job and friends, and everything is working as it should. Despite this, you do not feel as happy as you used to do, because your life feels mundane and normal, rather than unique and exciting.

You doubt yourself. You question how capable you are, and this self-doubt often affects your decisions. You associate complacency with being content, and taking risks with danger.

Do you think that you doubt yourself, or do you regularly venture out of your comfort zone? Let me know with a comment! πŸ™‚

I prefer to go out of the so called comfort zone. Even though my mind push me back to the comfort zone at times, my brain won’t allow it

My day to day “reality” IS stuck in a rut. But, I am working diligently to plant my seeds for a bigger and brighter future. There are days when I feel that I am spinning my wheels, and that nothing will ever change, but I just cannot accept that THIS is how the rest of my life will play out! I’ve escaped from my comfort zone, and am now tending to my field. I’m ready to start seeing the “fruits of my labor” sprout!
