1. “Today Is A New Day”
You will have super-productive days, days where you accomplish nothing, and days where you laugh all day. Every day is different, and it doesn’t matter – today is a new chance to be happy and progress in your life. You can do what you want and you can be whoever you want to be, and telling yourself this will remind you of the possibilities each day holds.
2. “Yesterday Is In The Past”
Yesterday is over now, whether you had a great day or a bad day. Don’t be too hard on yourself or congratulate yourself too much either way – one day doesn’t define you or your life, so don’t put too much importance on it.
3. “I Can’t Change Today”
You can’t fast forward to the weekend or go back to your favorite memories, but today could be even better than the weekend – or you could even make better memories today. Live for the day, work hard, play hard, and sleep tonight peacefully because you know you made the most of your day.
4. “Everyone In The World Has Secrets”
Everyone has secrets and this isn’t a bad thing. Do not feel ashamed that you have secrets and that you are not perfect – not one person in the world is. Simply be the best version of you that you possibly can be.
